- Enquiry & trial data — name, company, role, work email, phone, country and your message.
- Support data — contact details and the information needed to resolve a request.

Why we use it
We process personal data on the basis of contract, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligation. We do not sell personal data.

Hosting & transfers
Our services are hosted within the EEA at the Lamda Hellix data centre in Greece. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure an appropriate safeguard under Chapter V GDPR is in place.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, then securely delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
